
Hey everyone! My name is Alexa Haines & I am the creator of Haines Fitness. Haines Fitness is the outcome of my love for health and exercise mixed with my passion of helping others. Growing up, I was always involved in sports and went on to play Division II lacrosse. Towards the end of my college career, I started to put a lot of time in at the gym and lifting weights. After lacrosse, I wanted to find another sport that would challenge me and satisfy my competitiveness. This led me to CrossFit and it is in the CrossFit gym that I discovered that I wanted to start making a career out of helping people get healthy and reach their fitness goals. Side note… just because I do CrossFit does not mean I use that to train my clients!

Haines Fitness is about making personal relationships with clients to find the best mix of exercise and nutrition that is going to work for them! I work with a range of different goals from weight loss, to growing muscle, to sport specific training, or just simply learning healthier habits. With my “feel good first” focus, I make sure all of my clients are building healthy relationships with food, the gym, and settling into new routines. By knowing my clients on a personal level, we build trusting relationships which carries over to learning sustainable habits that lead to lifelong changes. Fitness and health is so much more than just looking good in the mirror, and I am here to help you learn why!
